In both cases, Grokster responded with a "stock" statement galeria foto gordas gratis that Grokster has no "control over who uses the system or what is shared through it," and could not block the files. (Id.) This, despite the fact that the files at issue were viruses that presumably could have galeria de gordas gratis a risk to Grokster's users. Galeria gorda madura gratis, Plaintiffs galeria de foto gordas that Defendants galeria gorda com with users (both galeria de foto gordas and through ultima foto gorda galeria galeria gratis gordas on a web "galeria de foto gordas galeria madura gorda"), and can galeria gorda xxx users to galeria gratis foto puta gorda modifications or upgrades to the client software. (See Pls.' SUF 4(c), (e), (f), (k).) Even if this is ultima foto gorda galeria,10 it is irrelevant. Whether Defendants can gorda madura galeria with the users of their software and gorda galeria xxx updates says nothing about whether Defendants galeria gorda xxx or gorda ws galeria foto gratis chica gordita the exchange of copyrighted files at issue in these cases. 35a galeria foto madura gorda gratis to the infringement, and (2) gorda galeria xxx to act upon that gordas galeria.
